Sustainability and Design have always been priorities for the Marjal Group. This train of thought has allowed one of the most important companies in the region to develope new ways to improve energy efficiency in the home and to offer greener and more modern villas to an ever changing public.

Marjal History

In 1979, José Fur and Francisco Gómez, decided to join their efforts in a joint project that 30 years later has resulted in the Marjal Group. Their insight and knowlegde of local resources allowed them to development a construction company that would lead the way of how homes are conceived on the Costa Blanca.

New generations have come in to form part of the company at managerial level at the Marjal Group, helping to expand on the sustainable and green technology applications as well as putting into practice the 5 eco sustainable principals in all areas of the Group's business interests.

The Marjal Group has many projects underway such as the Costa Blanca Resort and the further improvement to the Eco-home and Eco-house projects in collaboration with different universities and institutions. Both founders of the company understand that innovation, quality and expertise are the only way to go forward and that can only be done with the best possible team.
