Other plots can be found in Rojales, in the area of Ciudad Quesada, La Marina; next to Guardamar and in Guardamar itself.

These factors depend on the size and type of green home you are looking for. If you are lucky enough, you may be able to find one of our properties during the first stages of construction or even close to completion, as we always have several underway. 

If you are looking for a Spanish Villa completely designed to your specifications with sustainable aspects, the average design and build time is around 10-12 months.

Our estimations are that a Marjal Green House can save you up to 50% on the average electricity bill and around 60% of your water bill. Led light bulbs throughout the property use 80% less electricity than a normal light bulb. A-class appliances are installed as stantdard in the kitchen, these normally use around 40% less electricity.
