Excellence and the guarantee sustainability policies are the structural backbone of Marjal International. In line with our determination for eco-friendly construction, Marjal have designed the first home in the Valencian Community with the Official Certification of a Green home. We were the first company in the region to receive this certification in Spain and up until 2011, still the only company with this certification for a detached villa.
